Pre Wedding Skin Care


You will feel even better in your wedding gown if you know you have taken good care of your skin and have that glow. Here are some great tips for taking care of your skin before your wedding.

*Drink lots of water. This will help you to prevent your skin from drying out. Don't think you have to drink just water. The water in your coffee, tea, and soft drinks counts towards your eight 8oz. glasses per day.
*Snack on fruits such as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and plums. These are high in antioxidants which help repair the skin and hair.
*Include flax seed oil, canola oil, walnuts and salmon in your diet. These are full of omega-3 fatty acids which can create healthy cell membranes that help restore moisture and give your skin that glow.
Overall just try to eat foods that are neither too high or too low in fat and calories. A moderate diet helps you to feel and look good.
